Every year, the coveted Poutine Cup softball game is played at the Field of Weeds in Lac Cayamont, Quebec between the outstandingly handsome Bulldogs and the every so whiny Rookies.

Played on the Saturday afternoon of Davefest weekend, the two teams slowly gather themselves together, with the previous night's hang-over looming in their veins, for a high spiritied, low talented game of softball in the decrepit old ball field just down the road from the cottage.

Noticable trends within the game include the unlimited number of outfielders, the unbelievibly loud fans in the stands, and for the first time in 2006, a fully stocked bar and patio in right field.
