Friday Night (July 22, 2011)
Friday night will be 'Shooter and Karaoke Night'. It is suggested that you bring your favourite shooter recipe and ingredients. Good singing voices are optional…but will improve after a few shooters.

Saturday Daytime (July 23, 2011)
Again this year the coveted Poutine Cup, the pride of the professional baseball league of Upper Gatineau Region will be awarded to the winner of the Davefest 2011 baseball game between the Rookies and the Bulldogs. Game time will 12 noon (or 12:30pm or 1:00pm depending on how long it takes to move the mass of inhebriated athletes to the ballpark) at Lac Cayament baseball diamond, often referred to as the 'Field of Weeds...with seveal gopher holes'.

Saturday Night (July 23, 2011)
Musical entertainment will be once again provided by Sweet & The Back Beat.

Saturday Night Party Theme
"Heroes and Villians"
All participants can let their imagination run wild as the beer and be judged by the slightly intoxicated audience. There will be at least three categories of prizes to be awarded to the lucky winners and the prizes are expected to be consumed that night.

Food Meal plans
BADCM (Be A Dinner Club Member)
$45/person for a complete weekend
Friday meal, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, Saturday dinner

The menu would include bacon, eggs, toast and coffee for breakfast, hot dogs and hamburgers for lunch and thick juicy steaks or chicken, potato and salads, not to mention desserts for dinner.

Please let Dave know your preferred meal plan. Cash (preferably) or cheques payable to David St-Jean should be forwarded to Shawn, Dave or Elaine Cassleman (Vanier crew) by July 15, 2011 to facilitate the food purchases.
